The recent project review meeting was an opportunity for the entire team to look back on the journey of dedicated work throughout the project. The Project Management Board and engineering team sat down together to openly discuss effective practices, while also identifying solutions for challenges encountered on site.
Through this review, the team was able to define more efficient and streamlined working methods for each work package. Practical lessons learned from Reiwa Pharm were promptly recorded and integrated into the company’s standard working procedures. This enables the Tan Phat Long team to further improve schedule control and strengthen confidence in managing upcoming complex projects.
