From October 6–8, 2017, Tan Phat Long Engineering Corporation organized a Teambuilding program for all employees at Sunny Beach Resort, Mui Ne – Binh Thuan. With the theme “Connecting for Growth,” the Teambuilding program successfully created extracurricular activities that fostered teamwork, inspired enthusiasm in each member, and strengthened bonds across departments, uniting everyone toward a common goal.
Throughout the program, there were collective exchange activities, leisure trips combined with team-based games that required strong cooperation. Kicking off with the Campfire Night, the organizers succeeded in breaking down barriers of age and department, bringing members closer together in a friendly atmosphere. Through the games, each participant gained fresh perspectives, seeing their colleagues beyond the usual daily image.
In the Teambuilding program, each team showcased its own unique colors and personalities—disciplined, united, and even a little “sexy.” To the rhythm of the song “The Road to Glory”, teams joined hands to complete the final challenge, spreading the message “unity is strength,” which truly touched everyone’s hearts.
